Can Sexuality open other dimensions of “Spirituality”
From the time of beginning life on the earth, the seed of life, and unexplored dimension of sexuality is center of attraction for scientists, psychologists and researcher. Normally, people believe sex is just like usual event i.e. — like eating food, sleeping etc. But, it is not so simple and usual. There are very few study and research available in the topic of sex, and the hidden dimension of sexuality still unexplored. Although, some eastern scripture and teaching suggested great opportunity in sexual intimacy as tool for spiritual awakening i.e. Tantra tradition and Buddha scripture. In Hindu Tantric tradition there is Vamachara or Vam-marga (it’s a left hand path of tantric tradition), which is very extreme and heterodox in nature. This particular type of worship or Sadhana is very vibrant and different from Vedic worship of god. There is very deep connection between sexual practices and super-conscious attainment even in religious aspects from very ancient time.
There are soul’s those attain to divinity in celibacy can only able to explain the knowledge and science of sexuality, but in our tradition it is prohibited to discuss about sex to those who attain liberation. Some of study suggest that -if the coitus could prolonged and extend to greater time a man will be free from sex forever.
Sexual intercourse lasts for few minutes because of our awareness and breathing habits, but if we slow down our breathing during intercourse and hold our awareness to the center of eyebrows, you will amazed by the result
As long you start practice this; there will be shifting in normal sex to super-consciousness. It is fundamental and our existence derives from sex. Because it’s naturally avail to us, and we never look deep into our sexual experience. The man will be only free of sex, when he attains complete liberation during intercourse.
We often ignore the possibilities of finding creation within ourselves, but in extreme awareness and extended coitus time, we have opportunity to explore the depth of creation and beginning of life. We have to respect our body and give importance to our sexuality in order to understand the realm of God.
Because body is your temple and the experience of ‘coitus’ is our experience with god, in nearest possible way. & because, we have power (Shakti) to create new life through the sexual intercourse, it not took us to the near to god but it actually provide to be God ourselves. In Indian tantric tradition, explains in deeper sense; where Consciousness represents Shiva (pure consciousness) and Shakti represent manifestation (Matter). When, they interact in supreme celibacy with immense love, then only creation happened. But we see sex as taboo and approach with denunciation, feeling of guilty stops us to feel the presence of supreme god. In sexual intercourse two body unites, their ego dissolve and they transcendent to become one, one with universe. That unity with god only felt when you enter with pure love, surrendering. Still if you ask me; one can attain bliss of eternal supreme? The sensual pleasure is just momentary and it would be madness to say that; you can attain supreme eternal by just doing good sexual intercourse. There is definitely glimpse of eternity and supremacy, this is only the one step towards the great essence of Samadhi (state of fully bliss).
Some may say; it is just merely assumptions and created fantasy. But for knowing the truth, you decide whether sex is just instrument of pleasure or the way beyond our experiences.
