What we feel, when someone left you alone, and they give useless reason to leave from your life. Sometimes reason might be valid, but the emotional and physical pain inside us roars out of the tearing. And it’s obvious! Even the animal can feel the pain of separation; after all we as human definitely feel the deep down into emotions.

Interestingly, this poignant journey of separation and heartache is not exclusive to humans. Even animals can feel the pangs of separation, mirroring the depths of our emotional turmoil. As we navigate the throes of such a predicament, a powerful verse from the revered Indian scripture, the Bhagavad Gita, comes to mind, illuminating our path with timeless wisdom. I remind you the famous Sloka(verse) from Great Indian Text ‘Bhagwat Geeta’. The Slok in the original text written in Sanskrit language

This Sanskrit sloka, etched in the annals of ancient wisdom, states:

न कर्मणामनारम्भान्नैष्कर्म्यं पुरुषोऽश्नुते।
न च संन्यसनादेव सिद्धिं समधिगच्छति॥

Transliteration:
na karmaṇāmanārambhānnaiṣkarmyaṃ puruṣo’śnute।
na ca saṃnyasanādeva siddhiṃ samadhigacchati॥

English Translation:

No man can attain freedom from activity by refraining from action; nor can he reach perfection by merely refusing to act.

Essence of this verse indicate that if we want to get free from our karma, freedom from all the pain and sorrow, we don’t need to refuse to act in the things naturally occurring with us, we should act in the situations wherever require to act. We should act in the situations without indulge in consequences or care for result

In the vast tapestry of life, there are moments when we find ourselves standing alone, abandoned by someone who once held a significant place in our hearts. Their reasons for leaving may seem trivial, even useless, and the emotional and physical pain within us echoes like a relentless roar. It is an experience that resonates deep within our being, reminding us of our shared vulnerability and the complexities of human emotions.

These words encapsulate a profound truth about our journey towards liberation from the shackles of karma and the cessation of pain and sorrow. It reminds us that we cannot achieve true freedom and inner peace by completely withdrawing from life’s natural course. Merely abstaining from action or retreating from the world cannot lead us to our desired state of perfection.

“The essence lies in understanding that we must engage with the situations and circumstances that naturally unfold in our lives. It is through mindful and purposeful action that we can navigate the complexities of our existence. However, the key lies in not becoming entangled in the outcomes or obsessing over the results. We are called to act without attachment, surrendering our fixation on the fruits of our actions.”

Ultimately, the journey through separation teaches us profound lessons about the nature of impermanence, the power of resilience, and the resilience of the human spirit. It is a testament to our capacity to rise above adversity, to find solace within ourselves, and to forge a new path towards inner fulfillment.

So, as we navigate the bittersweet symphony of departure, let us embrace the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and act with intention, courage, and compassion. Let us recognize that amidst the pain and upheaval, there lies an opportunity for self-discovery
