There is ‘Remedy for All of Your Problem’

We living in the world of uncertainty and very found to materialistic pleasure and delusion. Our habits are driving by the outcomes of others and inspired by the surroundings. Very often our needs and satisfaction after fulfillment of desire arises again and again in new form. This unstoppable desire and fulfillment process goes on and on…so, what is the way to permanently get fulfilled by any desire?

Well, there is the way; we always hunted by the Maya (By- product of worldly desire or worldly desire) and it will never leave you alone, until you decided to make distance from it. It is basically the all manifestation of your conscious and unconscious thoughts. So, we have get out of this puzzle of Maya without losing anything! Let me explain you in detail: Only words are not sufficient to experience this.

We human perceive what our mind feed and unconsciously follow the instruction of mind. The large part of human pain is unnecessary and self created. Everyone wants to get rid of, immense suffering from the pain that is created by mind. We actually, trapped in the emotional drama of thoughts (which are not your original emotions). The most profound and practical way to get out of suffering is the live in the present or ‘Now’.

But, how can we start living in present moment; because we all around trapped by mind? To break the habitual experience based on; time, past and future references, we should BREAK this habit of mind. Our mind is very smart to construct the matrix of thoughts and illusions to get us feel of “pleasure and pain” (there is two sides of coin) and we easily get puzzled by the mind. It won’t deny anything but it always keep open to the world with unwanted desire and pain too. I am here saying you; the mind is different entity within yourself. It grows up by the threshold from world outside you and very materialistic is nature. But what if you start living in present and get separated by the thoughts of mind! Well it is well practiced and many well known enlightened persons including Ramana Maharishi got liberated by this method.

The method is simply suggested that without applying any effort just sit in the silent place and watch the thoughts. Don’t react to them but just go through and leave them alone. In initial phase you might get bombarded by the thoughts and you even couldn’t able to sit. But when, you do it for one week and more, you will see; disappearance of thoughts and there will be glance of silence.

This silence further lead to- enquire you to great silence which is free from mind and absolute in nature. Because thoughts are driven by our past and future thoughts, and by doing this practice we break this referential base of thoughts and start knowing our real identity, which is free from pleasure and pain, and all the worldly desires. So, by breaking this habit of mind- we got the glimpse of absolute truth or the permanent pleasure.

When you start this method; you might feel heavy bombarding of thoughts and desires, because you are going to break the minds habit, and when mind feel insecure- it will use all weapon against you to stop from doing practice. But as you won’t response to it, there will be automatically a great silence occur and you will get ‘Glimpse of bliss’.
